Instructions
- 01In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 02In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- 03Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- 04Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- 05Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- 06Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- 07Repeat with the remaining batter.
- 08Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
